About James Dunne

James Dunne has taught at Central College since 2012. After earning his doctorate in inorganic chemistry, he spent a year in a post-doctoral position at the Ames National Lab. He runs an active research group developing organometallic compounds as catalysts for bio-renewable fuels and materials, and he is interested in expanding into the field of bioinorganic chemistry.
