Training Materials for Title IX Coordinator and Grievance Process Pool
By law (34 CFR, Part 106), institutions that receive federal financial assistance are required to make available to the public materials used to train Title IX Coordinators and others involved in the grievance process for Title IX complaints. Central College uses the expertise and services of the following external partners to train the Title IX Coordinator and members of the Grievance Process Pool. The materials posted for each partner summarize and reflect the content of the training provided; as such, they comply with the requirements of the law.
